1st Offence: Jail of 8 minutes + account warning (/warn)
2nd Offence: Jail of 10 minutes + account warning (/warn)
3rd Offence: Jail of 20 minutes + account warning (/warn)
4th Offence: Jail of 30 minutes + account warning (/warn)
5th Offence: Temp Ban

•Metagaming: Mixing OOC Information, IC (Example: Hey bob xD) or (/b Eric, where does Gary live? Gary tells you, and you go to Gary's house)

•Powergaming: Unrealistic actions, or forcing role-play (/me breaks the cuffs, then kicks the cop in the head. /me runs away)

3rd Offence: Jail of 20 minutes + fine of $5,000 + account warn (/warn)
4th Offence: Jail of 30 minutes + fine of $7,500 + account warn (/warn)
5th Offence: Jail of 60 minutes + fine of $10,000 + temp ban

•Revenge Kill: Revenging a player that has recently killed you. When you die, you role-playely forget the last 30 minutes.
1st Offence: Fine of $2,500 + jail of 5 minutes
2nd Offence: Fine of $5,000 + jail of 5 minutes
3rd Offence: Fine of $5,000 + jail of 10 minutes + account warning (/warn)

•Money Farming: Creating many accounts to gain large amounts of money
1st Offence: Removal of all money + account warning (/warn)
2nd Offence: Removal of all money + account ban (Can be appealed)

•Rush Tasing: Tasing someone who is actively shooting, or aiming (If you rush tase, you can give the suspect about a 10 second head start, then continue the chase to avoid a punishment)
1st Offence: Fine of $5,000 + jail of 5 minutes
2nd Offence: Fine of $5,000 + jail of 10 minutes + account warning (/warn)
3rd Offence: Fine of $7,500 + jail of 15 minutes + account warning (/warn)

•Chicken Running: Quickly running from left to right in attempt to avoid being shot/tased.
1st Offence: Verbal warning + slap (/slap)
2nd Offence: Fine of $1,000
3rd Offence: Fine of $2,500
4th Offence: Fine of $1,000 + jail of 5 minutes
5th Offence: Fine of $2,500 + jail of 5 minutes + account warning (/warn)
6th Offence: Fine of $3,000 + jail of 10 minutes + account warning (/warn)

•Car Ramming/Parking: Ramming a player repeatedly with your vehicle, or parking over top of there body without a valid role-play reason
1st Offence: Jail of 5 minutes

3rd Offence: Jail of 15 minutes + fine of $5,000 + account warning (/warn)

•A(ss)Pull: Failure to role-play un-holster your firearm
1st Offence: Fine of $1,500

3rd Offence: Fine of $1,500 + jail of 5 minutes + account warning (/warn)

•Community/Server Advertising: Advertising any sort of community/server
Punishment: Range ban (Can be appealed)

•Hacking: Any sort of game modification that can be used to your advantage (s0beit, or 3rd party hacks like parkour)
1st Offence: Account ban (Can be appealed)
2nd Offence: Range ban (Can not be appealed)

•OOC Lying to administrators: Lying/avoiding (to) administrators to avoid a punishment
Punishment: Jail of 10 minutes

•OOC Trolling: Any sort of OOC trolling/pranks
1st Offence: Jail of 5 minutes
2nd Offence: Jail of 10 minutes + account warning (/warn)
3rd Offence: Jail of 15 minutes + + account warning (/warn)

•Non RP Driving: Failing to drive correctly (Driving on the sidewalk, or hitting everything in sight, ETC)
1st Offence: Verbal warning
2nd Offence: Fine of $1,000
3rd Offence: Fine of $1,500
4th Offence: Fine of $3,000 + account warning (/warn)

•Failure to role-play a vehicle accident: Failing to role-play injuries, or damage from a accident (Crashing into another vehicle, then driving away)
1st Offence: Verbal warning
2nd Offence: Fine of $1,000
3rd Offence: Fine of $2,500
4th Offence: Fine of $3,000 + account warning (/warn)

•Avoiding role-play: Failure to role-play with other players, or rejecting role-play
1st Offence: Verbal warning + slap (/slap)
2nd Offence: Fine of $2,500 + jail of 5 minutes + account warning (/warn)
3rd Offence: Kick + account warning (/warn)
4th Offence: Kick + account warning (/warn)

•Abusing Bug Exploits: Abusing any script/sa-mp/gta sa exploit and using them to your advantage
1st Offence: Account warning (/warn)
2nd Offence: Account warning (/warn) + Jail of 10 minutes
3rd Offence: Temp ban

•Abusing a Bug Exploit(To duplicate items/currency): Abusing any script/sa-mp/gta sa exploit using it/them to your own advantage
Punishment: Ban (Can be appealed)

•Logging to avoid: Logging to avoid any role-play situation
Punishment: Jail of 15 minutes

•Dos/DDoS Server Threat: Threatening to DoS/DDoS any of our servers
No Action: The server(s) do not receive any sort or DoS/DDoS attack
1st Offence: Ban (Can be appealed)
2nd Offence: Ban (Can not be appealed)
Action: You threaten to DoS/DDoS the server, followed by the actual attack
Punishment: Range ban + IP Address report for illegal DoS/DDoS attacks
